We (are) Invested Photography Exhibition 

Following the UN International Women’s Day 2024  theme "Invest in women: Accelerate progress”, Pin Africa and Unpublished Africa are coming together to join the world in not only celebrating women, but in sharing their stories while highlighting challenges faced and overcome. 

We invite you to showcase your unique perspective while shedding light on your own journey as an African woman photographer in the exhibition by Pin Africa and Unpublished Africa.

Exhibition Details 

Theme: We (Are) Invested

African women photographers above the age of 18 are encouraged to contribute: 

3-5 Documentary Photography / photojournalism photograms showcasing

  • Overlooked issues surrounding their journey 

  • Photographs that were pivotal in their career as a photographer

  • Women working/ (with informal businesses) or experiencing their everyday in their life 

You may also contribute a series. Ensure your photographs are well captioned with any images with identifiable features being accompanied by a photo release.
